Population genetics of dwarf eelgrass (Zostera noltii). Phylogeographic patterns of Z. noltii along the Iberian Peninsula coast inferred from microsatellites. Study differentiation (speciation)in the Caribbean reef building coral Madracis (Scleractinia, Pocilloporidae)by morphometric and molecular data analysis. Study zooxanthellae (Symbiodinium sp.) diversity within the genus Madracis using molecular techniques. Sampling and field studies using SCUBA.
