Activities
I am working on eDNA related projects at OBIS. These include the PacMAN project, eDNA expeditions, eDNAqua-Plan and Marco-Bolo. I was part of setting up a monitoring plan for early detection of invasive species, utilizing eDNA analysis, as well as coordinating citizen science projects in eDNA sampling around the world. I am also supporting work at OBIS with eDNA data management, sharing and capacity development.
