Collection,
identification and taxonomy of algal samples and seaweeds.
Isolation,
purification and identification of different algal species (marine and fresh
water species) on different growth media under controlled conditions for the
laboratory experiment to studying the effect of different parameters affecting
their growth.
2- Study the nutritional values of micro
and macro algal species to fish larvae under any stress conditions such as
deficiency of the nutrient conditions in the culture medium.
3- Study the production of bioactive
compounds and cyanotoxins from some algal species.
4- Statistical analysis (Modeling) between
prevalent environmental parameters and algae to quantify estimated values in
relation to the most correlative environmental factors.
