Elected IOC Officers meet in person with the management team twice a year at UNESCO-IOC Headquarters to review the Commission's developments and prepare the next IOC Governing Body session, the Executive Council scheduled in June 2026. 

On this occasion an Online meeting with Subsidiary Bodies chairs & co-chairs is scheduled on 21 January afternoon to further discuss agenda item 8.

09:30-10:15                         Welcome coffee with staff (IOC premises, in front of the elevators, building III floor 4)

10:30-17:30                         Meeting in room 1.002 (Main building, floor 1)

12:00-13:15                         Lunch break

19:00-                                  Private dinner for Officers and Executive Secretary at the invitation of Ambassador and Permanent Delegate of Japan to UNESCO
