The group is expected to continue to facilitate intersessional consultations on the review of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure and the draft guidelines for reporting in-kind contributions, in addition to its usual remit with regard to programming and budgeting matters.
The group will mainly work by correspondence after the issuance of IOC Circular Letter 2915 under the lead of Prof. Karim Hilmi (Morocco). The group is composed of members from the following Member States: [to be updated by 21/01/2023] Argentina, Bangladesh, Belgium, Benin, Canada, Egypt, Germany, Japan, Kuwait, Norway, Turkey, UK, and USA.
The work of the IOC Intersessional Financial Advisory Group is carried forward by the sessional Financial Committee established when the Assembly meets in plenary session in June 2023.
