Activities
The National Centre for Nuclear Energy, Science and Technology ‘CNESTEN’ is a state owned institution with legal and financial autonomy and operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Energy, Mines, Environment and Water.
It was established in 1986 in order to promote, at the national level, the applications of nuclear science and technology for the benefit of scientific and socio-economic development of the country.
