Activities
Research into the physical sedimentology of coasts, estuaries and lakes. Topics include: beform type and migration studies using geophysical methods (especially side-scan sonar), coastal erosion, estuarine sediment dynamics, influence of frontal systems on fine sediment partitioning in estuaries, sediemtn sources, transport pathways and sinks in coastal and estuarine environments, lake and estuarine bathymetry, processes of lacustrine sedimentation, catchment sediment yield studies, reservoir sedimentation.
