Activities

I use molecular quantitation of proteins and non-invasive fluorescence measurements to track photosynthetic acclimation and productivity in phytoplankton. My interests include acclimation strategies phytoplankton use to cope with the variable environment, where simple steady-state optimization functions are not possible.
