Development of analytical methods for the determination and speciation of organic compounds of environmental concern (POPs, biocides, organo-metallic compounds, priority pollutants) through the use of hyphenated techniques (GC-MS, GC-FPD, GC-ECD); Antifouling compounds and their environmental fate; Innovative techniques for environmental monitoring: passive sampling of organic and inorganic compounds in aqueous matrices; Analytical data quality and certified reference materials studies; Study of the mobility of inorganic contaminants in environmental matrices using procedures based on a kinetic approach and procedures based on fractionation, such as sequential extractions.
