MSPglobal: Training course on Marine Spatial Planning and Sustainable Blue Economy in the Southeast Pacific
Summary

In the context of the MSPglobal Initiative’s pilot project in the Southeast Pacific, this training course will focus on Marine Spatial Planning and Sustainable Blue Economy processes in Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama and Peru.

Notes

Topics of discussion will include stakeholder engagement, data and information as well as cross-border and transboundary MSP, among others. A session will also be dedicated to the MSP Challenge game.

 

MSPglobal is a joint initiative by the IOC-UNESCO and Directorate-General for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (DG MARE), co-financed by the European Commission’s European Maritime and Fisheries Fund.
