| Summary | This document presents a draft overarching implementation plan for the Joint Ocean Data Portal (ODP) and WMO Integrated Global Observing Systems (WIGOS) Pilot Project for the International Oceanographic Data and Information Exchange (IODE) and the Joint WMO-IOC Technical Commission for Oceanography and Marine Meteorology (JCOMM). It restates some of the material contained in the Project Plan and other material relevant to WIGOS. It breaks the discussion into the three deliverables for the Pilot Project and itemizes actions to undertake to accomplish these deliverables. Finally it proposes a timetable for these actions with suggested groups or individuals to carry them out. |
